HOW IS OUR WOOD SOURCED?

We have been struck by the lengths our suppliers go to in order to make sure nothing goes to waste. Old doors, items of furniture, pieces of machinery, pipework or metallic containers are all seen as potential raw materials. These take on new life in the form of the combinations of materials you will see used in our products.

The wood used in a number of our items such as bookshelves and coffee tables is mango wood. This is a hard and dense wood ideal for the manufacture of furniture. It is also highly sustainable because mango trees essentially serve dual purposes. They grow and mature quickly and, once they have stopped producing fruit, they can be harvested for their timber and new trees planted.
