The material used predominantly in the manufacture of our furniture is mango wood. This is very durable and long lasting but inevitably will require careful cleaning to maintain its as-new appearance.

The key here is to be gentle. Wipe the furniture regularly with a soft dampened cloth.

Avoid spillage of water and, especially, alcohol which can cause staining, and use coasters and place mats if you wish to rest drinks or hot dishes on tables or other items.

We would recommend that you wax your furniture on a regular basis to increase its resistance to water marks and scratches. For this purpose we recommend the use of beeswax.

You should avoid placing your furniture close to fireplaces or radiators as this can cause cracking.

For the same reason, do not place the furniture in direct sunlight since, in addition to cracking, this can cause fading.
